Circumstances in which work experience is respected without actually working The periods during which work experience is respected when you do not go to work are on weekends and holidays; in paid and unpaid leave; used unpaid maternity leave; the time you attend courses, schools or other forms of vocational training and retraining and you are unable to go to work; if you have been dismissed from work for a crime and have not been indicted; if you were prosecuted, but it turns out that the crime is not a crime or that you are not the perpetrator. Certification of length of service The employer is obliged to provide you with a work record after your employment. It records all the data related to your job - date of entry and departure, reasons for leaving, etc. Does work experience affect pay? You receive additional remuneration for work experience and professional experience, which is a certain percentage of your basic salary each year you work. It should not change if the company you work for changes its owner. At the conclusion of the first employment contract during the first year you are not entitled to additional remuneration. After one year of service, the corresponding rate of pay will begin to accrue, which will increase with each year of service.
