No matter what pension you receive, you can work under a civil or employment contract. You have the rights, like all contract workers. Your contract may be terminated with notice by your employer under the following conditions when: you have acquired the right to receive retirement and old-age pensions and have started working after you have already acquired a pension. These conditions apply only when you receive retirement and old-age pensions. This is not about any other type of pension here. Upon termination of employment, once you have acquired your pension entitlement, you are entitled to benefits, regardless of the reason for termination. You are not entitled to benefits when you are granted a pension after you have started work. Otherwise, as a retired employee, you are entitled to all other benefits when your employment contract is terminated. On the subject of insurance, you are subject to social and health insurance, like everyone else, no matter that you are a pensioner. If you are a self-insured pensioner and work in a freelance profession or something that predisposes you to self-insurance, you do not need to make state social security contributions. Only health insurance is compulsory.
