Sale of company shares in EOOD or OOD

The Company's share represents a part of the capital with which each partner in a company (OOD or EOOD) participates. When establishing a company, each of the partners will participate with a certain company share. The difference between OOD and EOOD is that there can be two or more partners in OOD, and in EOOD there is only one owner of the capital. When an owner establishes an EOOD himself, he may divide the equity into shares so that he may have the opportunity in the future if he decides to sell a company shareholding and convert the EOOD into an OOD. The shareholding may be transferred or inherited. There are different hypotheses for selling a share in a limited liability company: Не Leaving partner One partner sells his stake to another partner and leaves OOD. The share of the partner who purchased it is increasing.  Partition redistribution One partner sells part of his company share to a third party and remains with a smaller share. Accordingly, the buyer becomes a new partner in OOD.  Company sale Some partners sell their shares to another partner, and he becomes the owner of the entire capital of the company, which will be converted into an EOOD. If an error is made in the preparation of the documents, the fee paid in the Commercial Register will be lost. It is advisable to consult a specialist as it is not expensive. You must file a written request with the manager of OOD / EOOD if you wish to purchase units from a company to be accepted as a partner. In this application you must declare that you accept the terms of the partnership agreement and will comply with the provisions of the Ltd. If you are already a partner and you buy units from another partner, you will not need to file such an application since you are already a member of the company. The sale of company units is entered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency.
