When you buy a property, it can be burdensome. They are rights that do not belong to the owner but to a third party, and he will have to comply with them when using the property. The encumbrances may be the right of use, construction, passage. In that case, even if you are the owner of the property, the rights of the third person are retained and you will have to comply with it. You may request the issuance of a weight certificate which will contain information about third parties. In order to be issued such a certificate, you need to fill in an application, to which you enclose copies of all documents concerning real estate deeds, certificate of succession to shareholders, etc. You then file your application with the Registry Agency before the Registry Judge. If he accepts your application, he will ask you how long you want the application to be ready, because there is a price difference. Up to 7 working days is BGN 10 and up to 3 working days is BGN 30. The fee can be paid by bank transfer or POS. You go to the relevant counter with the application signed by the entry judge, and you attach a fee to it. You will receive a slip with which you will be able to pick up the certificate when it is ready. The removal of the "burden" depends on the thing to which the three persons are entitled.
