Notarial act - invalidation

    Repeal is the only way to invalidate a deed. An action must be brought before a court and in order to be effective in respect of third parties, the decision of annulment must be entered. If the notarial certificate is false, there is reason to invalidate the notarial act. The false notarial certificate is of two types: non-authentic and false. The request for annulment has the right to file a third party who has an interest, a prosecutor - when the act was issued in violation of the law, one of the parties to the act. In the event that the claim is upheld by the court, the notarial act which has been issued shall be considered canceled. It should be noted on the notarial deed that it was invalidated by a court decision. This is done by a notary public. The action for annulment and the judgment are entered for the benefit of third parties.
