Judicial division

When a property has several heirs and they cannot understand the partition, they must resolve the matter in court. A claim is filed with the District Court and the documents are also attached to the claim: the death certificate of the testator and the certificate of successors; certificate and other written evidence of hereditary property; document for paid state fee; for all other co-heirs, a copy of the application and the annexes thereto. The court should then examine the request and, if there are no irregularities, it is sent to the defendants. They have 1 month to respond. The judge then checks the claims filed and, if all is well, schedules the case in court. In it, each of the co-heirs can object to the right of someone else or many other things. Finally, the court ruled on a decision that, if one of the co-heirs does not like it, can appeal. Once partitioned, co-partners have the right to apply for bills.
