After receiving 112 information from each call, 112 employees pass it on to the responsible authority. After completing the case, he informs 112, whose staff complements it and keeps it. It is important to know that 112 does not need to be called only for emergencies, but it can also be signaled for various irregularities for which state institutions are responsible. All calls are recorded and stored for three years as the data can be used in court as a means of proof. After 3 years, the information is deleted.
