Distribution

If you want to become a distributor you need to contract with the one whose goods you will market. The contract resembles a sale because the other party sells the goods to you and you buy them. As a distributor, you have an additional obligation to sell the goods to other sellers or end users. You need to know that there is a difference between a representative and a distributor. The distributor buys certain goods from the seller and they remain his property. For this reason, when you offer and buy these goods, what you pay is left to you alone. The representative only offers goods on behalf of the seller, without purchasing them from him. In a distribution contract, you can negotiate what you want with the seller within the law and morality, of course. For example, sell goods only in a specific territory, the right to sell only the goods, the seller to assist you and provide information about the goods for the purpose of advertising them, and more. This contract concludes with the idea that the goods you purchased as a distributor should be distributed. Both you and the seller benefit from the distribution of the goods in this way.
