The credit intermediary connects you (a consumer) with a lender (bank), and is paid for it. He can offer you a loan agreement, assist you in the preparatory actions before concluding the contract and conclude the contract with you on behalf of the bank. The credit intermediary first introduces you to the data of the bank, for what term you have the opportunity to conclude a loan agreement, what will be the interest rates, the purposes for using the loan. You will then have a 14-day deadline to decide whether you want to sign a loan agreement. The credit intermediary may also inform me of other things about the loan, such as what happens if it is delayed with the installment, the loan collateral. Or he may advise you on the most appropriate loan agreement. When you want to use the services of a credit intermediary, you need to enter into an agreement to provide advice with him. It is necessary to inform you of the amount of fees or the commission, if any, and whether the fee is partially paid by the creditor.
