No, it's not possible! According to labor legislation, the Manager of a company does not have the character of a worker or an employee. The legal relationship between the Manager and the Company arises upon the election of the manager and has a mandated character, not an employment one.
A Management Contract is concluded between the two parties, which is civil and not labor. The rights and obligations of the parties are regulated in the Management Assignment Agreement, including the agreed remuneration /if any/.
It follows from this that in the event of a dispute between the Manager and the Company he is representing, the latter is not a labor dispute and no benefits can be awarded according to the Labor Code, but is a civil dispute under the Labor Code.
