Collective Consumer Claim

A class action lawsuit is mainly against companies and public authorities on behalf of individuals who have been harmed by the same infringement. There are two types of class action lawsuit: an action for a finding of fact (in establishing only the injurious act, unlawful character and guilt) and a conviction. In a lawsuit, you may want to convict the offender: to suspend the violation, to repair the consequences of the violation, to pay you compensation for the harm suffered. The most commonly used are convictions. In order to begin this process, you must file a claim with the district court. You must also enclose with your application what the claimant's capabilities are to see if he or she has the financial capacity to lead the case. In collective actions the state tax is solid. Once the court has received the application, it determines how to make it public so that other injured parties also understand that such a case has been initiated. These persons must state within a specified period of time by the judge whether they will participate in the class action or whether they will defend themselves independently. If they do not say anything, they will still be bound by the judgment. At the outset, you can make a request for provisional measures in your application. This is because there is a risk that the infringement may continue and that there may be a threat to the health or life of the person from the filing of the application to the court decision.
