Capital - increase

    As a business grows, it is normal for the company capital to increase. Of course, there are requirements for the increase, which the law places, and they are: to deposit the initial amount of capital; to have a decision at the general meeting of the company; to record the increase in the Commercial Register; to amend the memorandum of association; the contributions are monetary and non-monetary; all partners or shareholders can participate in the increase. In order to increase capital, there must be unanimity among partners. The size and manner of the increase must be specified in the decision, both in the case of a reduction and in the capital increase.
