"Risen" George condemned Vidin Municipality

Vidinchaninat Georgi Ivanov, who was mistakenly declared dead, condemned 2000 lev Vidin Municipality, writes. "Trud". 50-year-old man has filed a claim for 20 000 lev for damage suffered by him under the responsibility of the state and municipalities. According to the Administrative Court in Vidin municipality except compensation must pay the costs of George and cases which had to prove that he is alive.

George, who lives and works in the Czech Republic remained without identity and nationality after being declared dead in October 2012 by Vidin municipality. Years before - in 2003, in the subway in Prague nashenetsat victim of a pickpocket who stole his bag with personal documents. Vidinchaninat flagged Czech authorities and obtain new documents.

Over the years, however pickpocket use another identity until his death in 2012 in Prague. Issued a death turned out to be the name of George and channeling document reached Vidin.
