Provide amendments to the support and financial compensation to crime victims
This bill expands and refines
existing regulations on the rights of
victims of crime, including through the introduction of
provisions of Directive 2012/29 / EC of the European Parliament and
the Council of 25 October 2012 establishing minimum
standards on the rights, support and protection of victims
crimes and replacing Council Framework Decision 2001/220 / JHA

persons providing information about rights

of indictable offenses to organizations providing
free psychological counseling and practical support
ZPFKPP.
Extension of heavy intentional
crimes for which ZPFKPP provides financial compensation.
Improving the effectiveness of the scheme to provide
financial compensation ZPFKPP.
Regulation of interaction of the state with
non-governmental organizations providing free
psychological counseling and practical support ZPFKPP.
