Youth Haskovo received a suspended sentence of three months in prison for the attack in the nose of emergency physicians, said the prosecution.
On October 29, 17-year-old then Guner A. went with his father in the hospital surgery "Haskovo" processing bleeding wound. Doctors forwarded for review at the Department of Emergency to the same hospital. When he got there, the duty doctor it back to the first room to the wound is treated surgically.
This angered the young doctor and he hit in the nose, then left the hospital with his father.
"At the time of the offense A. Guner was a minor - 17, with good characteristic data, as this act is the first such criminal committed by the perpetrator. These are the reasons why the prosecution considers that the penalty imposed is adequate of the offense committed by law and punishable by imprisonment of up to two years, "he explained Emilia Genova, supervising prosecutor from the District Prosecutor's Office Haskovo.
The verdict is in agreement with the prosecution, approved by the District Court of Haskovo, and is final.
