Legislature adopts the legal non-profit organizations (NGOs) to be entered in the register kept by the Registry Agency at the Ministry of Justice. On entry subject: name, goals and means of achieving them; headquarters; authorities; branches of the legal non-profit entity. Announcement of subject: the decision on establishment; articles of association, the founding foundations, and decisions about changes.
In this connection, in the Commercial Register Act will govern the registration, record keeping, storage and access to the register of NGOs, which is public. Each NGO is obliged to request to be entered in the register, saying the Circumstances and presented subject to declaring acts. Registry Agency defines unified identification code (UIC), mandatory for legal non-profit entities and their affiliates.
Law amending the Law on legal non-profit entities enter into force on January 1, 2018 all existing entities reserve capacity and are required to submit an application for re-registration within December 31, 2020 State fee is not due.
