Sue driver threw two fifties in cruiser

Drunk driver, threw two notes 50 lev in a police car, goes on trial for bribery, announced the Appellate Prosecutor's Office in Varna.

The indictment against Ivan Ivanov from Beloslav imported from Regional Prosecutor's Office in Varna and he will be responsible for a crime under Article 304a, in conjunction with Article 304, para. 1 of the Criminal Code.

On October 1, 2015 26-year-old was spotted by avtokontrolyorite of the Fourth Regional Police Department in the city E. Penchev and M. Mikhalev in the restaurant "Park" in Beloslav to consume alcohol. Once the company of Ivanov drew, he got in his car "Volkswagen Passat" and departed.

The police contacted the radio with his colleagues - G. Georgiev and January Yanakiev, who worked in the area and reported the number of the car. A little later avtokontrolyorat Penchev saw Volkswagen and stopped him for checking.

Ivan Ivanov said he can not show his book, because he had forgotten at home. The police wanted to check it breathalyzer for alcohol, but Ivanov refused four times and continually insisted "problem" to settle otherwise. Then threw two notes 50 lev through the open window of the police car.

The police arrested Ivanov and against him initiated pre-trial proceedings to bribe police to not perform official functions - checking for the presence of alcohol in the blood in the management of the car.

It turned out that 26-year-old man committed the crime in the probation period of probation. Moreover, it had registered numerous violations of the rules of the road.
