Parents without marriage submit a new application for monthly allowances for children, all declare their residence in the country

In the transitional provisions of the Law on State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2016 are regulated timeframe within which individuals and families, which in the period from March 1, 2015 to July 28, 2015 were granted monthly allowances for children Art. 7 of the Law on Family Allowances (ZSPD) are obliged to notify the relevant directorate "Social support" for any changes to the conditions under which aid is granted, including whether the family lives permanently in the country. The schedule is as follows:

1. By 31 January 2016 - for individuals and families who have been granted aid by March 1, 2015 .;

2. By February 29, 2016 - for individuals and families who have been granted benefits from 1 April and 1 May 2015 .;

3. Until 31 March 2016 - for individuals and families who have been granted aid from 1 June and 1 July 2015

Parents living without marriage should submit a new application-declaration with all necessary documents.

Within 30 days of receipt of information relating to the alteration or elimination of the grounds for obtaining a monthly allowance of art. 7 of the Law on Family Allowances, the "Social Assistance" checking, the result of which may modify, suspend or terminate assistance to all or some of the children in the family.
