In proceedings before administrative authorities Parties may enter into an administrative agreement on issues of significant public interest as provided by law. Administrative contract will is a written agreement between the authorities and individuals or organizations. The contract will be executed in writing and will include: parties, subject and content, the date and signatures of the parties, unless otherwise provided for by a special law. In defense of the public interest administrative authority may make provision for the admission of preliminary execution of the contract. The administrative contract can be challenged in court under the APC. Contesting the contract does not stop its execution. Court heard the case and rule on the request within two months of its receipt, unless otherwise provided for by a special law. The law amending the APC enters into force in the normal manner.
