This is an opportunity to increase the volume in width (arrangement) or in height (upgrade) of an existing non-personal property. In this way, the person will become the owner of the built and / or upgraded independent objects. A site is a self-contained construction or a real part of a construction that has a name, location, self-function and identifier. A person can build and upgrade even if he is not the owner of the building, but its owner must establish the right to make / upgrade. That is, when such a right is established in the person's favor, he will be able to: • become the owner of the newly built one; • use foreign land when it is necessary to use the building (superstructured object, eg floor) - for example for construction purposes when storing materials and equipment, as well as for the use of the already constructed structure or floor when passing through foreign land ; • upgrade or refurbish an existing building in accordance with the approved investment project of the building; • to acquire the adjoining winter and attic premises adjacent to the building (upgraded); • to acquire, for payment, ownership of an ideal part of the common parts of the building corresponding to the value of what it has upgraded; • Become the holder of the relevant part of the right of construction or ownership of the land (depending on the size of the floor or extension). Everyone is obliged to pay a certain price if the right to upgrade and / or modify is established in return. But the cost doesn't end there - you'll have to repair the damage it caused when it was built. It is possible to provide for the construction of additional common premises for all owners of the building to use. Then the costs are split between everyone. Typically, this should be settled in the contract establishing the right to set up and / or set up, but if not agreed, these obligations to pay the costs will still arise on a non-contractual basis and anyone who builds or upgrades will have the right to looking for them.
