    According to the purpose of the common property, any co-owner can use it. But that doesn't mean everyone should use it the same way. You, as the co-owner of a thing, must take some care to preserve it. If something unpleasant happens to the thing, other co-owners have the right to claim compensation. If you only use the common property, you will need to know that you owe compensation to the other co-owners. If they ask you to do a written request, you can offer the one who sent you the opportunity to use the common property. Provided he refuses this opportunity, he is not entitled to compensation. The allocation of use is decided by the co-owners. The decision can only be taken unanimously by the co-owners who own more than half of the total. As a result of excessive misuse of the common property or lack of majority in the decision, you and the other co-owners may request the district court to resolve the problem of distribution of use.
