    When there is a dismissal, you have the right to challenge the lawfulness of the dismissal before the employer or before the court if you believe that the dismissal is unjustified and unlawful. You may ask for the cancellation of the dismissal order, reinstatement of work, compensation, correction of the grounds for dismissal. In the event that the employer does not cancel the dismissal order, you have the right to file a claim within 2 months of termination of employment. You can file a single claim or several claims with one claim. It needs to state the reasons why you believe your dismissal is unlawful. You can file the claim with the district court at the address of your employer or your permanent address. The claim will be heard within 3 months and the proceedings will be free of charge (because you are a worker), but if you lose the case you will have to pay the defendant the costs he did not do.
