The conditions under which common parts can be built

If one of your upstairs neighbors decides to remodel their apartment in some way to turn it into a law firm or dental office, for example, two things will be needed. The first is that the technical requirements are met. The second is to have the written notarized consent of all owners who live next to the property. However, if you decide to do so on the upper floor, as the second or third floor, in addition to the above requirements, you will also need a decision of the General Assembly of the condominium. If you want to build a store on the first floor, you must make a separate entrance from the one that enters the common premises and apartments. When you decide to make new installations or modify them in any way, you must have written consent for 50% of all ideal parts of common installations. Generally speaking, you or any of your neighbors do not have the right to: seize common areas of the building; carry out activities that will alter the premises for public use; violate the safe use of the building.
