Loss and restoration of student rights

To be expelled from college, you must have successfully completed a course of study, dropped out or moved. They may remove you when you provided false information when you were admitted to high school or when you falsified your student status documents. When you do not fulfill your curriculum or curriculum obligations, you may also be suspended. After removal or deregistration, you lose all your student rights. Training may be interrupted only in the case of: failing examinations - most often between 2 and 4; a disease which is certified by a medical document; serious family reasons or social commitments, reaffirmed by the relevant document; failure to pay a semester fee; stay abroad - this is allowed up to 1 year after you have completed 1 course. After termination of studies, student rights are retained. You can recover your student's write-off rights after applying again, but you will be accepted out of state for the year in question. In case of interruption, you will regain your student rights by applying for continuing education and enrolling in the next course. In principle, every college has its own conditions. For this reason, it is a good idea to look for information in the Regulations on Device and Activity, which is available on the website of the respective institution.
