How do I change my address?

How do I change my address?

My permanent address is a populated place in Bulgaria, where I am registered in the population register. It appears on my personal card, the passport and other official documents.

My current address is where I live (where I live - for example, if I am a student, my current address is the settlement and address of the lodging / dormitory where I am studying).

Both addresses may match. When declaring my current address and registering it in the proper manner in the municipality, I have the right to do all the actions that I would otherwise have had to take in my municipality at a permanent address (to receive my correspondence, to vote at the current address after application submitted).

Important! Despite the benefits of registering a current address, I can not use it to issue a driver's license.

I bring with me:

ID.
Birth certificate.
Document of ownership of the property or a contract for the use of the property for residential purposes (for example, for a rent).
Declaration under Art. 92. Par. 3 of the Act with the notary certified signatures of the owners of the apartment. The notarial certification is not necessary if the respective declaration is made personally by the owner of the apartment.
May I not ask for all of these documents:

For my address registration, if I am in direct relationship with the owner or the user of the property or I am his / her spouse, the documents under items 3 and 4 are not required but then he / she should present a Marriage Certificate or Decision for divorce (widow's / widow's copy-statement of death certificate).
If I change my permanent address within one settlement, the documents under Items 1, 4, 5 are sufficient, but it is advisable to reinsure and supply them all for the trouble-free and quick change of my permanent address.
 How?

1. I'm going to the municipality / town hall in my chosen populated area or area.

2. I buy myself and personally fill in the documents and pass them to the appropriate counter. Maybe another to do it for me, but I must have authorized it in advance with an explicit power of attorney certified by a notary. The documents to be transmitted are:

Application to perform the service;
Application to change permanent address.
3. On request, display and submit relevant documents prepared in advance.

4. I get my permanent address.

5. With it, within 30 days after changing my permanent address, I go to the respective Pre-PSC to change my ID card. But only when the change in my permanent address concerns another location, I also have to change my driving license. Otherwise, I will pay a fine of 20 to 150 leva.
