Educational measures against juvenile offenders

1. A warning;

2. Obligation to apologize to the victim;

3. Obligation to participate in counseling, training and programs to overcome behavioral abnormalities;

4. placing under the supervision of the parents or the persons replacing them with a duty of care;

5. placing under the supervision of a public educator;

6. Prohibition of minors to visit certain places and establishments;

7. prohibition of minors to meet and establish contact with certain persons;

8. prohibition of minors leaving their current address;

9. obliging the minor to remove the damage caused by his / her own labor if this is in his / her capacity;

10. Obligation of the minor to perform certain work for the benefit of society;

11. accommodation in social-pedagogical boarding schools;

12. A warning for accommodation in a boarding school with a probationary period of up to 6 months;

13. accommodation in a boarding school.
