On disposition of a current account by unauthorized persons in the case assumes that the debit card or a technical device or a special way within the meaning of Art. 195, para. 1 pt. 4 of the Criminal Code and requires no special skills to put in bankomatnoto device. This act is a crime against the monetary and credit system of art. 249 of the Penal Code.
